I swapped rice for chopped cauliflower to keep it lighter, but you can make it either way. 🍲 ✨ Recipe ✨ • 2 cans tomato sauce • 1 can diced tomatoes • 1 medium onion, chopped • 1 cup water • 2 large peppers, diced • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp garlic powder • ¼ tsp black pepper • 1 cup cauliflower (or rice) • 1 -2 lbs cooked ground beef 👉 Toss it all in the crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours.
