Autumn will come sooner than we think and I like to be prepared! But for now I am mixing my Summer and Autumn wardrobe and loving it. I am slowly re introducing light knitwear, jackets, denim, loafers and trainers. Shorts, silk and lace, skirts and dresses are still at the front of my wardrobe but I am teaming these with jackets, long sleeved tees & denim jackets. I am relying on basics to create outfits I love. Jeans, windbreaker jackets, trench coats, leather, trousers & pencil skirts are all at the front of my wardrobe. I have finally decided to pack away my thong sandals, so I am swapping these out for trainers, loafers & ballet flats. Knitwear and long sleeve tops are my top options.

Literally swapping black jeans out got chocolate brown jeans for a softer tone. I plan on doing the same with navy blue. This is the third colourway I am buying these jeans in. The jeans are great, the colour is even better.

📌 I have been actively searching for trousers looks on my Pinterest & pinning my favourite looks.

I love wearing jeans but it’s a long Autumn / Winter and I find myself looking for alternatives to mix up my outfits. I find trousers more comfortable for working from home and like to mix trousers with thong sandals, boots or a trainer ( to dress down a look)

The right cut and fit can be hard to find, I have included some great styles within this edit, a mix of high street and higher end. My fav way to wear is with knitwear, leather and a trench coat.

📌 My Pinterest board is a nice mix of Summer & Autumn inspo, but the weather is dictating what I’m wearing. Summer is not over yet, so I am making the most of it.

What a Summer it’s been so far! When it gets to this time of year, I want to get the wear out of my Summer pieces and only add new classic or investment pieces.

It definitely feels like this year I have well and truly exhausted my Summer wardrobe, so I am looking for new outfit combos within my existing wardrobe.

I am still leaning on my fav breathable fabrics linen, 100% cotton & silk . I am reaching for easy breezy outfits, accompanied by my fav outfit combos like dresses with a simple flip flop or shorts and a clean cut tee

📌 Anyone else been back in jeans? Or toying with the idea? Denim is a running theme on my Pinterest board and Jeans are a fail safe, look really cool, effortless and so easy to style.

You can’t get any more classic than a pair of good denim jeans. I wear jeans all year around & really crave wearing them when it’s super hot, so usually opt for my light wash, super loose fitting denim.

A good pair of jeans can be hard to find, but when you find a good pair hang on to them no matter what! And maybe buy a few other colourways.

I wear size 38 in the shirt & size 36 in the shorts. The style comes up oversized so I would suggest sizing down.

Are we all at the point where we want easy outfit?! simple but want to look put together. I tend to wear no more than 2 items of clothing within my high Summer outfits, mainly for ease. Fabrics are light and breathable and my main priority is to not overheat.

My holiday wardrobe has been unpacked and I am looking for the ease that comes from a great holiday outfit within my everyday outfits. I want to wear sarongs / wrap skirts with a clean cut t-shirt, sheer dresses, wide brim hats, shorts & bold strappy dresses.

The goal is to chuck the look on, keep cool and still look effortlessly chic.

I wear true to size in the top & sizes up 1 size in the shorts for extra room, but I would say that they are true to size
