I was so happy until it failed me😅 I am a 5’6, 220+lbs, big chested, & clumsy mom with medical conditionals. Workouts aren’t easy for me. I pushed myself to do 10 mins a day everyday. This workout was 15 mins and I couldn’t do it all. I get out of breath that I fought, so lightheaded I see stars and feel I may faint and need to sit or eat something. On top of that I’m a mom so I have my kids wanting/needing me. I’m going slow but I’m doing it💜 #momlife #trampolineworkout #momworkoutathome #momworkout #reality
