I was so happy until it failed me😅 I am a 5’6, 220+lbs, big chested, & clumsy mom with medical conditionals. Workouts aren’t easy for me. I pushed myself to do 10 mins a day everyday. This workout was 15 mins and I couldn’t do it all. I get out of breath that I fought, so lightheaded I see stars and feel I may faint and need to sit or eat something.
