Keep smiling, keep talking and know it is ok to be open about it. Anxiety is something I have always felt has a string hold over me. I have let it rule me, hold me back and influence my every move.

This year I decided to face it head on and stop calling it “my anxiety” (power in the tongue). I choose to acknowledge when I am feeling nervous, overwhelmed and even scared. Take a step back, talk to someone (usually my sister) and try the same thing again the following day. I refuse to let it stop me from my God ordained destiny, I CHOOSE TO KEEP SMILING.
