Do you think this wedding is formal attire, semi-formal attire, or black tie attire?

*Pro Tip: the difference between all three is how casual you are.
•Black tie means tuxes and ballgowns. No sport coats, no jackets, no showing ankles.
•Formal attire is black tie optional, but coats, jackets, ankles approved. Women should ideally still wear long dresses or at least a midi.
•Semi-formal is all of the above, but also includes cocktail attire, which can be shorter dresses as well as jumpsuits. However, this is where it gets tricky for the men – they 👏cannot 👏wear 👏jeans or khakis! And guess what, even with casual attire you cannot wear jeans. Jeans are never permitted at a wedding! Sorry, not sorry.
