I searched high and low for that perfect dress that screams. I'm the bride looking to celebrate. !

There were so many boxes that my second dress/ reception dress had to check ..

First and foremost, it needed to be short to show off my hand designed , one of a kind bridal Nike Jordans .. that not did I design but I placed every single pearl and stone on each shoe. I had in my head I was doing it and nothing was stopping me from accomplishing all 45 + hours or bedazzling.

Back to the dress... she need to be sparkly, fun, have that wow factor, bridal mini, classic, edgy, glam and need to give the draw drop effect!

I felt amazing in the dress, it was comfortable, easy to dance in, and honestly an iconic look for your end of the night look especially with some sparklers.

My healthy hair journey starts at bedtime. Here's my new nighttime routine. A few tips and tricks to help your hair growth journeys and save time in the morning.

Scalp prep:
I use VEGAMOUR's grow serum on my scalp and message that into scalp for a couple minutes. You can use a scalp messaged or your fingertips. Hot timing you flip you head over it uncle ease blood flow to the scalp to stimulate growth.

Then I use a boar bristle brush to take the is on scalp and brush them through the ends. Multiple reason here. We are using natural oils to nourish the rest of the strand of hair. We are stimulating the scalp for growth. And for my girls that want to prolong wash day we are moving that oil from sitting on the scalp making roots appear greasy.

Heatless curls:
Now that your hair is brushed split into 2 sections.

Roll up your silk scarf , lay on top of head so scarf ends are even in both sides and use a claw clip in the middle to hold in place.

Spray a leave In conditioner or water to lightly dampen the ends. Start at the top and add small sections and wrap towards the back of your head.

Use mini silk scrunchie to secure.

*** important, before you move to other side, do not let go of the wrapped side. I hold the silk end in my mouth while I complete the other side so it stays tight.

Follow Sam process on the other side.

Take both ends of scarf behind your head and tie in a knott so the wrap stays tight.

In the morning:
Unripe the scarf, remove the scrunchies and shake out your curls.

I add dry shampoo to the root for texture, a light oil to the ends for shine and moisture and a touch of styling spray
