Boots or booties? Which camp are you in?

A friendly advice on how to wear them and look trendy. Wear knee high boots with skirts of any length. Don’t wear booties with skirts unless they are chunky army booties. Wear booties with pants or boots if you prefer.

You can also try booties with socks showing up and leggings if your shape allows :)

To make your light boots cold proof, add a warm insole inside it. If it’s too large, cut it along the border in front and back a little with the scissors.

Be warned, it only works if your boots have some wiggle room. If they are tight it won’t be comfortable. But worth trying:)

To stretch your shoes at home get a shoe stretch spray and shoe stretch device. This is the device cobblers use.
1. Spray the shoe inside and outside to get it moist all over.
2. Insert the device and screw in the right screw end. The long one spreads the shoe toe to stretch the narrow shoe to make it wider. The other screw at the heel will stretch lengthwise. Read instructions that come with the device!
3. Once you tighten the screw to your maximum ability, let it sit for a day or two. Then try the shoe on. If it’s still too tight, repeat steps 1 to 3.
