Fall Essentials

Nothing can be more easy and breezy in Summer than a dress! The problem is choosing a dress that compliments your body shape.

I tried several dresses and you can see how the shirt dress with a line skirt and the grey a-Line dress look best on me. It’s easy to wear in Summer because they hide everything and I don’t need a slimming smoothing underwear or a special bra. The length is midaxi- hitting the slimmest part of my ankle and making me look slimmer. That’s why I like them!

Sculpted or Fresh? What do you prefer?

Use contour to get snatched look a la Kim Kardashian. Use blush to get a fresh baby glow. Or use both to sculpt and refresh. Place contour and blush strategically on your cheek bones pointing up, not on the middle part of the cheek. This way you get the lift.

Boots or booties? Which camp are you in?

A friendly advice on how to wear them and look trendy. Wear knee high boots with skirts of any length. Don’t wear booties with skirts unless they are chunky army booties. Wear booties with pants or boots if you prefer.

You can also try booties with socks showing up and leggings if your shape allows :)

When it came mes to the body it’ « use it or loose it » after 50. If I skip my yoga routine or my walk for a day it’s my ch more painful to move next day. As usual consistency is a key. This routine is my saviour for my neck and shoulders pain. It’s only 15 minutes and it brings immense pain relief.
