Why I love minimalist fashion- it’s timeless!
Left look: Classy clean cut wrap dress in solid colors looks modern and polished paired with classic trench coat, suede jacket or leather jacket.
Right look: Casual modern tee shirt dress paired with a sweater, a denim jacket, a classic blazer and a leather bomber jacket.
For extra umph wear leopard or animal print accessories and/or tie the sweater around your hips.

Spring Trends alert: Plaid skirts are back in trend! How to choose the right skirt for your body shape:
- If you’re an Apple Shape 🍎 (Fuller Midsection, Slimmer Legs) choose a bell skirt on the right. High waist will help to emphasize your waist line while elongating legs. A high-waisted bell skirt with a structured top or jacket will add volume to the skinnier legs harmonizing the body and making it less ok more like hourglass.

- Same goes for inverted triangle shapes 🔻(wider shoulders and narrow hips) and rectangular shapes ◼️( straight, no waist, shoulders and hips are similar width.)

- If you’re Pear Shape 🍐 (Wider Hips, Narrower Shoulders) shape, choose a straight skirt on the left. This skirt is almost straight but has a slight flare to skim the hips rather than cling. Pairing it with a fitted or structured top can balance proportions.

Boots or booties? Which camp are you in?

A friendly advice on how to wear them and look trendy. Wear knee high boots with skirts of any length. Don’t wear booties with skirts unless they are chunky army booties. Wear booties with pants or boots if you prefer.

You can also try booties with socks showing up and leggings if your shape allows :)

When it came mes to the body it’ « use it or loose it » after 50. If I skip my yoga routine or my walk for a day it’s my ch more painful to move next day. As usual consistency is a key. This routine is my saviour for my neck and shoulders pain. It’s only 15 minutes and it brings immense pain relief.
