For spring, I didn’t rebuild my wardrobe. I took my fall capsule, removed a few heavier pieces like animal print, heavier sweaters, and darker accessories, and replaced them with lighter spring updates. I did buy one new blazer that has a slim fit because it is trendy now. That’s why I love using a capsule approach.

That’s the capsule formula: keep your neutral staples, change the accents and you got a refreshed wardrobe without spending lots of money and feeling overwhelmed. And the best thing is you never struggle with « what to wear » dilemma again. You just grab any top, bottom and layer from your capsule and go!

I’d phrase it as “all my carefully built habits are failing me right now.” I’d also drop the “which outfits” line because it doesn’t fit this Reel.

I’m struggling a little right now.

I had a routine. I was exercising, eating better, getting things done… and then life got messy. One thing after another, and somehow I completely fell off the wagon.

And honestly, all those carefully built habits that I thought were finally part of my life are failing me right now.

So I’m trying something different: instead of waiting until I have the time, energy and motivation for a “proper” workout, I’m trying to sneak little bits of exercise into my everyday life. A few minutes here, a few movements there. Nothing perfect. Just something.

Don't buy anything for fall until you watch this ⬇️
I'm reusing my entire spring capsule because honestly, the trends didn't change that much. Same neutral basics, just a few smart additions:
- red track pants with white straps - purchased them at Walmart inspired by a trend on Adidas track pants.
- small structured yellow bag - adds another splash of color to my neutral (except above pants) wardrobe.

The rest of items I already had in my closet. Surprising the red pants work with all my neutral basic pieces.

Overall 23 pieces, including shoes and accessories - 100+ outfits for fall.
No new wardrobe required.

Did you know that sitting still on the ✈️ especially for more than 4 hours quietly raises your risk of leg swelling and blood clots? Nobody at the gate mentions it. But you are at high risk if you fall into on of these categories:

- You are over 60.
- You have obesity or recent major weight loss surgery.
- You have a personal or family history of blood clots.
- You take estrogen-containing hormone therapy.
- You have cancer or certain clotting disorders.
- You have significant varicose veins or limited mobility.

For most healthy travelers on long flights the solution is simple :
- Wear knee-high compression stockings with 15–20 mmHg compression.
- Put them on before boarding while your legs are not yet swollen.
- Keep them on until you’ve been walking around after landing.

Under-eye bags don’t need surgery—they need the right technique.

Start by moisturizing your under-eyes well. If your concealer tends to crease, apply an under-eye balm first.

Step 1: Neutralize blue and purple tones with a salmon corrector (I’m using e.l.f.).
Step 2: Brighten with a rose corrector (also e.l.f.).
Step 3: Apply a tiny amount of concealer and blend well (Armani Luminous Silk).
Step 4: Lightly set with a brightening loose powder (Givenchy Prisme Libre).
Step 5: Mist your brush with setting spray and gently press it under the eyes. It helps lock everything in with minimal creasing. I use Naked Sundays SPF Setting Spray.

Let it dry, and you’re done.
