If your lip liner looks like this… it might be aging you. This is Episode 3 of my Makeup 101 series. Instead of drawing around the lip, apply liner just under the lip contour and smudge it slightly over with your finger. You still prevent lipstick from bleeding into lines — but the finish looks softer and more natural. Another tip: very dark lipsticks can also age the face after 50, so neutral shades are usually more flattering and fresh.
