I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my hair lately… so let’s talk about what I’m actually doing 👀✨

Because this isn’t a “one magic product” situation — it’s consistency, routine, and taking care of it from the inside and outside.

Lately I’ve been focused on a few things:

✨ Scalp health
I’ve been using my red light cap from @higherdose — it’s easy, hands-free, and something I can actually stay consistent with (which we know is key).

✨ Supporting from within
I take @nutrafol daily because healthy hair starts internally — hormones, stress, all of it matters more than we think.

✨ And full transparency
I do have a few ultra tip extensions mixed in for a little added volume/length — but my focus has really been on growing and strengthening my natural hair underneath 🤍

Nothing overnight. No quick fixes. Just showing up for the routine… and letting it do its thing.
