I’m about to blow your mind. If you work out and forget to wear your watch… the workout still counts. 🤯 I’m guilty of it too, girls. I get so frustrated when I forget to wear my watch, but does it really matter? I still moved my body. Just because it’s not recorded or my rings don’t close or my friends don’t know about…it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Honestly, I’m thinking of ditching the wearable (not my Oura ring—I can’t live without that) and going back to good old fashion wristwatch. As moms were so caught up and trying to do our best and be our best and not let anybody down. Maybe it’s time to start taking small things off that list and just do it for you. What do you think?
