Did you know you can make amazing brioche by just pushing a button? 😱 This bread maker from Cuisinart is seriously a game changer! You literally just pour your ingredients in, select the loaf size, how dark you want the crust to be, and what type of bread you want to make, and hit the “start” button 🍞 The process is completely set-it-and-forget-it 🙌 You let it run for however long it takes (for brioche it was 3.5 hours) and the machine does everything from kneading the bread, to rolling it into a ball, and timing each rise. Just pull the loaf out when it’s done, let it cool, and that’s it! The brioche came out perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside 😋 I chose the dark crust option, but if you want it less crispy, just choose the lighter crust option.
