Mochi Foods was super awesome and sent me a bag of their Mochi Pancake & Waffle Mix, and I really enjoyed trying it out! 🧇 The waffles came out with this ultra satisfying fluffy texture with a subtle chewiness from the rice flour and just a hint of sweetness 😋 A lot of times, with mochi waffles and pancakes, you go in the direction of sweet flavors, but I wanted to try something savory, and these didn’t disappoint.
