These 3-ingredient Ube Puff Pastries are SO easy and they always hit the spot! 😋 They’re perfectly flakey, and the ube halaya adds that amazing, earthy sweetness to round everything out. I’m all about the Tropics brand ube halaya! You can find it at most Asian markets as well as on Amazon. You can make your own dough if you want, but I wanted this recipe to be unbelievably easy 🤣 so I just picked up some of Dufour’s awesome Classic Puff Pastry dough from the store, and it’s literally perfect for making these. They only take about 10 minutes to prep, and 15-20 minutes to bake, so they’re awesome if you need a quick dessert idea.
