I was wrong to doubt this combo! 😋 I first saw @cheezit post this on their IG, and thought to myself, this can’t actually be good, can it? Well, not only can it, but it was surprisingly tasty! The sweet and savory combination of the marshmallows and Cheez-It crackers was delicious, and I’m definitely going to be keeping this one in mind for the future. 👉 The full recipe is below, and be sure to let me know what you think if you give it a try! 🙌 INGREDIENTS: 3 tbsp unsalted butter 10 oz marshmallows (usually one bag) 5.5 cups Cheez-It crackers INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Melt the butter over low heat in a large pot. 2️⃣ Once the butter melts, pour in the bag of marshmallows and melt them, occasionally stirring. 3️⃣ Then, remove the pot from heat. 4️⃣ Pour the Cheez-Its into the pot and mix them into the marshmallows. 5️⃣ Once evenly coated, Transfer to a small or medium rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper, and use a smaller piece of parchment paper to evenly spread the mixture and flatten the top. 6️⃣ Let it cool.
