Would you try rice paper noodles?? I’ve seen variations of this recipe pop up in my feed so my curiosity got the best of me. And my verdict? It’s really good!  You basically just slice some sheets of rice paper up and soak them in water. They take on the flavor of whatever sauce you use, so the possibilities are endless!
