This might be my new favorite way to prepare enoki mushrooms 😋 It’s so quick and easy, too! The sauce is the perfect mix of soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, and gochugaru (red pepper flakes), and the texture of the enokis make this so fun to eat. It’s sweet, savory, spicy and nutty all at the same time. Would you try them? Let me know in the comments what you think if you do! 🙌 INGREDIENTS 1 bunch of enokis 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp gochujang 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) 1/4 cup water Sesame seeds (to taste) 1 scallion stalk INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ cut the root end off your enokis and break them into smaller clumps. Lightly oil a frying pan over medium heat and place the enoki clumps in. 2️⃣ Cook for about a minute and then flip them and cook for another minute. 3️⃣ While it’s cooking, make the sauce by combing the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Then, pour it over the enoki clumps. You can use a spoon to scoop more of the sauce onto the enokis to make sure they’re totally coated. 4️⃣ After a few minutes, the sauce should start to thicken, and that’s when it’s ready. Turn off the heat, chop your scallion, then add it along with the sesame seeds to garnish. 5️⃣ Enjoy! LTKParties LTKHome LTKFamily
