Cutest skirt ever. Highway, wasted, comes in multiple colors, stretching in the back with elastic and the most fun bubble him. It is a maxi, but more of like a midi skirt in a lot of ways because it is not fully to the floor. This can easily be dressed up or down, I wore it with friends to drink some wine this weekend.
