To all my ladies over 40 dipping into perimenopause…the sweating is not fun. 😳😓 I hit 42 and full body sweats are so real. I never used to sweat. Always and I mean I was always cold even with temperature disregulation I just heated up with no sweat. Now the AC is blasting and I have all the mini portable fans blasting my face. 😂 I mean I get it now.

On days when it’s hard to get outside, I have POTS and Vestibular Migraine so fainting is a very real risk for me, I walk on my walking pad just to get some movement and stop if I’m feeling faint.

New toy for our fur baby since her last football was destroyed. I didn’t realize how small this one would be but it works, I didn’t pay attention to the size but seems durable. She loves her football and loves playing with big brother, being chased and tackled. And loves the squeak since it’s small enough for her to actually grasp it easily and is always bringing it to me but not wanting me to grab it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great for a sore throat and also has helped me with a cough. One of my kids keeps coming home sick so this is a must have. It’s herby but sweet and coats your throat and helps ease the soreness. It’s an herbal supplement so always make sure you double check the ingredients for allergies.
Otherwise it’s my new go to favorite and my kids love it.

New favorite daily sunscreen. This Medicube No Cast Just Glow leaves my skin glowy without the sunscreen scent, white cast or greasiness. It goes on light and leaves my skin plump with a glow. Great for everyday.

Finally back to knitting my daughter’s scarf, at this pace I should be done by December 😜 I took a break since flaring up from eczema on my hands because it was so painful.
With so much screen time in this life I’ve tried setting an example for my kids by reading books, knitting and painting especially before bed as part of my evening routine. But also wanted to learn something new.

My six must haves when going to a theme park. Took all these to Universal Studios this past weekend with me.
1. Sun Bum tainted lip balm with sunscreen. Moisturizes my lips, protects from sun and adds a tint of color.
2. Sun Bum Sunscreen stick, so easy to apply (I hate sunscreen spray & can irritate my migraine episodes), smells good and protects against the sun.
3. Portable fan, works great in the heat and helps me stay cool.
4. Mini pill case. I already have to carry so much to stay cool so I keep my pill carrier small and holds most of my meds and supplements for the day.
5. Water bottle with a carrier, helps keep my water cool and of course I always add electrolytes.
6. Wide brim hat. Love this hat the brim is almost 4 inches, protects against the sun, it’s lightweight, has a hole if you want to wear a ponytail, tightens, has a strap and it’s foldable.
All of these are also great for the beach or going for a hike.

Work from home comfy outfit. I love this set great for a day mostly at home getting work done from my couch. It is a hot day outside but with air conditioning this set is light enough to keep me cool from the heat but warm enough so I’m not freezing with the AC on.

Hot flashes call for a portable fan. Love this thing and works so well. Great for those hot moments, despite having the ac on I still need something straight to my face.
This is also a great item to add to your kids Easter basket, my kids love theirs especially when we’re out at the theme parks and baseball games.
This fan has three levels and on low lasts up to 12 hours, comes with a lanyard and shows how much battery you have left.

Two new skincare favorites but make sure to start slow. Medicube Peel Shot with Turmeric and Kojic Acid Turmeric Whip Facial Cleanser. I’ve been using both of these for a few weeks now and seriously already feel and see the difference. My skin is smoother and brighter and wish I would’ve taken before pics.
I will say they are definitely on the stronger side so be mindfu. My husband tried the wash and it irritated his skin so definitely not for newbies. I would try a small amount of each on a small area first and wait to make sure it won’t irritate your skin.
I have eczema and breakout easily but haven’t had any irritation. I did however start off every other day with the cleanser to make sure and one every three days with the shot and have slowly increased from there. And my skin hasn’t felt this smooth since I was in my twenties.
