Welcome! Wanted to share a little bit about me ☺️ and what you can find here. I’m an almost 42 yr old wife and mom of two kids, a tween and a teen 😳
I have POTS so I share things that help me day to day.
I work from home and I love a good planner. I love staying active and doing yoga. I enjoy a wide variety of music, going to concerts, travel, dodger games, Disneyland and being outdoors. What you will find here is a lot of comfy and athletic outfits with a sprinkle of cute but comfy date night outfits, fave items and things I buy for my kids. Along with what I use day-to-day in my skin care and daily routine. I hope we can connect!

It took years to find what works for my skin. As a 42 year old I’m simply looking to age gracefully. Laneige has been great for my skin and keeps breakouts and my eczema to a minimum. And has helped reduce wrinkles. I love nothing more than to wake-up to firm moisturized skin.

Loving these loafers for Fall in coffee brown 🍂🍁 on sale right now. They are comfortable although on the wider side for my skinny foot but otherwise true to size. So I’ll be wearing thicker socks with them. These are great for work or everyday.

I LOVE oversized sweaters! I have Fibromyalgia and comfort is so important to me now. So I love taking a sweater and change it up whether it’s with different jeans or bottoms or shoes. And using a hair tie to give it a different look is super easy to do while still keeping the comfort.

After not being able to do yoga for 3 years I’m proud to have completed a year of yoga. Saying it’s been challenging is an understatement but it’s given me so much clarity and although my body is going through new things it has been just what I needed.

It takes a lot to get on my mat for just 30 minutes but it’s worth it.

I’m not good at documenting my life especially with a chronic illness. Either I’m doing something, working or resting.

But as it is Dysautonomia awareness month this is a bit of my life with POTS. Usually up, take my meds and brush my teeth, wash my face and moisturize. I walk our fur baby, prep lunches and take the kids to school.

Then I’m back to do a bit of yoga, meditation and shower and get dressed. Have some matcha as I’m running low on energy to get work done. Rest and then grab my Beam before I pick up the kids. Yeah I work while I wait occasionally nap on my bad days.

Once home, there are snacks, I clean, make dinner or off to an after school event.

Not shown here is taking my medication and salt or naps.

After years of looking I finally have a skincare routine that works for me. This is my basic daily morning routine. I struggle with eczema so it’s been important for me to stay on top of it day and night.

I use Laneige gentle wash, toner and moisturizer. I also use good molecules discoloration correction serum and top it off with 50 spf sunscreen.
