In this video I talk you through my four products of the week. I have a great moisturising spray from Curel that you can use on your face and body and is great for dehydrated, sensitive skin and barrier repair.
I also have a beautiful bright Barbie pink lipstick from Mina that is affordable and great quality.
My deodorant from Dove is SO good for sensitive armpits and my blouse is a steal from M and S.

Retinoids are the umbrella term for chemicals that derive from vitamin A and include retinol, retinal, retinaldehyde, retinyl palmitate and more.
They are known as the ‘gold standard’ of skincare and reduce inflammation, unclog pores, regulate the growth of skin cells on the skin’s surface and can make the skin look healthy and luminous. They can also help treat acne and pigmentation.
These are my favourites because I find them non irritating and highly effective.
I’ve also added some products containing bakuchoil which is not a retinoid but has similar properties and is very mild.
