One of my favorite things to make at home is an iced latte. I switch it up all the time and experiment with flavors, but an iced white mocha is hard to beat!

Iced white chocolate mocha latte with strawberry cold foam
For the latte:
2 tsp of Nescafé gold blonde instant espresso, 4 oz. of water
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tablespoon of white chocolate syrup
Ice
For the cold foam:
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon of strawberry preserves or syrup

Use a hand blender to mix and make frothy, add ice, add milk of choice, leave room for cold foam. Mix cold foam ingredients and pour on top.
Drizzle more white chocolate if desired
