Iced white chocolate mocha latte with strawberry cold foam For the latte: 2 tsp of Nescafé gold blonde instant espresso, 4 oz. of water 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tablespoon of white chocolate syrup Ice For the cold foam: 3 tablespoons heavy cream 2 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon of strawberry preserves or syrup Use a hand blender to mix and make frothy, add ice, add milk of choice, leave room for cold foam.
