You gotta use it or you will lose it…take it from someone who is aging (gracefully) and know all about what happens to the body when you don’t move!
If you haven’t exercised in a while start with gentle exercise. Stretching is best. So, find a Pilates or Yoga studio. Go 3 times a week.
I promise you that you will feel a difference within a month!
