I forgot to film the prep (classic 🙃), but here’s my real-life routine when I’m using sticky tabs:
✔️ Always lightly rough up my natural nails
✔️ Dehydrator is KEY — this step makes or breaks wear for me
I’ve learned that if I skip or rush the dehydrator, my nails don’t last nearly as long. I think my nail beds run a little oily, so I use 3–4 coats before applying the sticky tabs, and that’s when I have the most success keeping them on 🙌
Sharing what actually works for me — not perfection, just progress 💕

Slept on it, then blew my hair out this morning and I’m very impressed. Hair is sleek, shiny, and there’s no residue at all. It doesn’t feel oily, my roots aren’t greasy, and it smells amazing.
