I forgot to film the prep (classic 🙃), but here’s my real-life routine when I’m using sticky tabs:
✔️ Always lightly rough up my natural nails
✔️ Dehydrator is KEY — this step makes or breaks wear for me
I’ve learned that if I skip or rush the dehydrator, my nails don’t last nearly as long. I think my nail beds run a little oily, so I use 3–4 coats before applying the sticky tabs, and that’s when I have the most success keeping them on 🙌
Sharing what actually works for me — not perfection, just progress 💕
