Hey Sunshines☀️ I have been looking for high protein recipes and some of them respectfully are NOT RECIPING. sunshineinthekitchen So I decided I would try these viral recipes first before you waste time or money. But, y’all, my RGO Fam, I will be trying all the viral recipes for you and me. Okay I tried the viral pickle salad and let me be honest… I was a little indifferent, like… it’s kinda reciping… IF you really love pickles it’s a serious Yes, make it now! I made mine simple no chicken no yogurt and it’s still giving crunchy, tangy, snack vibes but this is definitely one of those “you have to be a pickle person” recipes Now would I make it again? Nah, but maybe on top of a seafood dish it may really work. But by itself it’s not it for me, not a full meal for me ✨ @grillospickles Pickle Salad (my version) INGREDIENTS 2 cups chopped pickles (dill) ½ cup @good_culture cottage cheese ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped) optional 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried) 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon black pepper ✨ STEP BY STEP 1. Chop pickles into small pieces (use food processor or whatever you have to chop quickly) 2. Add to a bowl with cottage cheese 3. Mix in red onion and dill 4. Add seasonings 5. Stir everything together 6. Add pickle juice if you want more tang 7. Chill for 10–15 minutes That’s it. Quick. Easy. Very pickle forward 😂 If you LOVE pickles you might be obsessed if you don’t… you’ve been deliciously been informed.
