Between school, volleyball practice, and everything else, I want Bailey to learn how to slow down and take care of herself too.

So, today was about real food, getting our nails done, doing a little shopping, and just spending time together before the week gets busy again.

And one thing about Bailey… she loves to hold my hand. She told me she’s going to hold my hand forever… and she really does 🥹 She doesn’t care if her friends are around, she’s serious about her mama.

I’ve taught all three of my kids since they were very young that if you eat good, you feel good, you look good… because taking care of yourself is greatness.
