Here’s a fun, easy and quick Valentine’s Day Breakfast Idea. 💝 Heart-Shaped Egg White Bites that are high-protein, fluffy, and so cute with cottage cheese, spinach, tomatoes, parmesan + mixed cheese.

Y’all, it’s perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or a sweet little “I love you” breakfast. You can freeze them, too!

❤️ Heart-Shaped Egg White Bites (High Protein)

Ingredients
• 3 cups egg whites
• 3 whole eggs
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
• 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 3/4 cup mixed shredded cheese (cheddar/mozzarella blend works great)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or onion powder

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease your heart-shaped silicone molds (or a muffin tin) with nonstick spray.
3. Blend (or whisk well): egg whites + 3 eggs + cottage cheese until smooth.
4. Stir in spinach, tomatoes, parmesan, and mixed cheese.
5. Pour into molds (about 3/4 full).
6. Bake 18–24 minutes until set.
7. Cool 5 minutes, pop them out, and serve warm.

✨ Meal prep tip: Store in the fridge up to 4 days. Reheat 15–25 seconds.

Here’s a $20 family dinner that’s fast, juicy, and SO GOOD 👉 Texas Toast Butter Burgers on a Budget! 💛

🍔 Why butter in your burger?
Butter melts into the ground beef making patties extra juicy, flavorful, and never dry — especially when using leaner meat! Oh yes I did add cheese!

👇 SAVE THIS RECIPE for easy weeknight wins 👇

Ingredients (feeds 4–5):
• 1 lb organic ground beef
• 2 tbsp butter (mixed into beef)
• Bailey Rae Cajun Seasoning (or any Cajun blend)
• Himalayan salt + garlic pepper
• Texas Toast from @Walmart (under $3!)
• Cheese slices of choice
• Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onions

Special Burger Spread:
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp relish
• Splash of Thousand Island
Mix until creamy + addicting 🤌🏽

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Mix ground beef with butter + Cajun, garlic pepper & Himalayan salt
2️⃣ Form patties + cook until browned + juicy
3️⃣ Toast Texas Toast in oven or air fryer
4️⃣ Build: bread → spread → burger → cheese → toppings
5️⃣ Serve while warm…and watch them disappear FAST!
