You can freeze them, too! ā¤ļø Heart-Shaped Egg White Bites (High Protein) Ingredients ⢠3 cups egg whites ⢠3 whole eggs ⢠1 cup cottage cheese ⢠1 cup fresh spinach, chopped ⢠1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, diced ⢠1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated ⢠3/4 cup mixed shredded cheese (cheddar/mozzarella blend works great) ⢠1/2 tsp salt ⢠1/2 tsp black pepper ⢠Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or onion powder Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease your heart-shaped silicone molds (or a muffin tin) with nonstick spray. 3. Blend (or whisk well): egg whites + 3 eggs + cottage cheese until smooth. 4. Stir in spinach, tomatoes, parmesan, and mixed cheese. 5. Pour into molds (about 3/4 full). 6. Bake 18ā24 minutes until set. 7.
