Primary bathroom moment 🤍

Other than the wood look tile floor, there was a lot of white happening in this space. I love a light and airy bathroom, but it was missing some warmth, texture, and a little color.

Over the last year I slowly added a few pieces that made a big difference: a wool rug, these soft blue curtains, and a woven rattan bath caddy. They bring in texture and warmth while still keeping the calm, airy feel I love.

Our double slipper tub has been discontinued, but I’ll link similar options below.

I noticed our glazed ceramic subway tile backsplash is included in @Wayfair 4-Day Flash Sale!

This is the tile we used in our kitchen in the color “White,” and it’s one of my favorite design choices we’ve made. I love the subtle variation and glossy finish—it reflects light beautifully and adds so much movement and character compared to a flat, uniform tile.

If you have light-colored clothes with grease or oil stains that won’t come out in the wash, try Lestoil!

I picked it up after cooking oil splatters ruined several of my favorite tops, and regular washing wasn’t removing the stains. I was honestly surprised by how well it worked—even on some older stains that had already been through the dryer.

It’s usually under $9 on Amazon and has thousands of great reviews. It would be especially helpful if you or someone in your family works as a mechanic or regularly deals with grease and oil from equipment or machinery.

One thing to note: the smell is strong when you apply it. But after washing, I don’t notice any odor left behind.

✨ Pro tip: I poured mine into a small travel-size spray bottle to make application easier and less messy.

Last week we added the finishing touch to the boys’ room with some new artwork, and I love how it’s all coming together. I’ve linked everything I can below. I realized a big part of improving the flow of our home was fixing the little things we use every day, like our drawers. These organizers have been such a simple but impactful upgrade.

I’ve had them for a year now and they’ve held up so well. My favorite is the adjustable divider set (last slide). It’s the most customizable and works in so many different drawers.

What worked so well is that each boy picked the artwork above his bed, and then I chose the frame and size so everything felt cohesive across the room while still reflecting their individual personalities.

I was sure they would go the baseball art route, but they surprised me with these National Park paintings. Considering they're both fascinated by Yosemite and Old Faithful, maybe I shouldn't have been so surprised after all.

Our mudroom is one of my favorite spaces in our home. The DIY lockers have been perfect for storage, and these brick floors have been one of the best decisions we’ve made. They’re durable, classic, and do an incredible job hiding the dirt that comes with a high-traffic family space.

I’ve thought about adding a runner here for years, but I wasn’t willing to cover up the floor unless it felt absolutely right.

This one checked every box. The colors pull together the tones in the lockers and the brick flooring, making the whole room feel more intentional and connected.
