One pot meal…
Just sauté a cup of each chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms… Add 3 cups chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings, … Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or according to package… Add thawed frozen peas… Salt and pepper to taste… Cooked cubed chicken breast if you want some extra protein… And top it off by about 1/4 a cup to a half a cup of half-and-half or heavy whipping cream. Top with grated Parmesan…Mix and Enjoy.

Garlic Butter Potatoes and Steak Tips

In a crockpot spray cooking spray
* Dump in 1.5-2lbs cleaned petite potatoes.
* Add 1 packet of Onion soup mix
* As much garlic as your heart says to
* 2 cups of Beef Stock or broth

In a separate bowl mix together…
* 2-3 lbs beef tips
* Garlic (again measure with your heart)
* 2T Tomato paste
* 1 package of zesty Italian soup mix
* Put on top of the potatoes in the crockpot
* Add 1 stick of butter sliced or whole
Put on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours

Serve over your choice of bread and with a salad or veggie on the side!

Chicken & Rice
In a large mixing bowl put …

• 3-4 diced chicken breast
• 1 can Cream of Chicken
• 1 can Cream of Celery
• 1 can cream of mushroom
• Add Salt, Pepper, &
Garlic Powder (measure w/
Your 💖)
• 2 cups of instant rice
• 1 c water & 1 c milk
• Mix well and pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish
• Melt a stick of butter and add it to a bag of crushed crackers. Coat the crackers well. Top the casserole with them
• Put in a 375 degree oven for about an hour
It’s done when the casserole is bubbling on the sides and the crackers are crisp and toasted.
