One pot meal… Just sauté a cup of each chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms… Add 3 cups chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings, … Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or according to package… Add thawed frozen peas… Salt and pepper to taste… Cooked cubed chicken breast if you want some extra protein… And top it off by about 1/4 a cup to a half a cup of half-and-half or heavy whipping cream.
