When I go to make changes/start new things, these are some of the areas I think about! 1. Why am I doing it?? How does it benefit me to put time and energy into? 2. Figure out how long it’s going to take. Starting out it may take longer so account for that 3. Should it be done first thing in the morning or can it wait until later in the day? This may influence 2 . How much time and energy will it take? You know when you are at your best!
