Another day another hot mom walk where I try to reach my 8K step goal! I’ve learned I have to prioritize my health and that means getting some type of movement in for the day. I love that walking is an exercise for zero excuses you can just grab your sneakers and go. Ever since I had recent blood work tell me I have very high cholesterol I’ve been trying to make sure I’m making healthier choices when eating + exercising. As someone who has superficial lymph nodes dry brushing has helped with inflammation and drainage! Mine are mostly on my neck (yes you can notice in some videos) and for the longest time I was very self conscious about it. I just feel like the 25 year old version of me would laugh and not believe I intentionally wake up early and take workout classes on weekdays. Anyways, recently I’ve been waking up feeling super dehydrated with this heat so I started my day with the watermelon salt @drinklmnt and some collagen from @truvani The perfect combo to hydrate before and replenish after my pilates class!
