I love this light up star paper lantern so much last holiday I kept it up all year. This lantern and cord are from IKEA but I found similar on Amazon. I’d also recommend using a smart plug that’s Alexa enabled so you can turn it on my voice for an extra magic touch. 🌟

Seasonal upgrade: covering my cardboard tissue boxes without breaking the bank! I’ve wanted to do this for ages but resisted because I thought it was ridiculous to spend a lot on tissue box covers and never found affordable ones that looked good. Until now.

I just found a trove of attractive tissue box covers on Amazon for less than $25 each — I got several to scatter around the house. Just the decorative yet practical finishing touch I was looking for.

I finally replaced the ugly, branded and mismatched soap bottles around my sink with uniform amber glass bottles with minimalist labels. It made such a big impact - the bottles look crisp and clean on my counter.

I searched high and low to find the right amber bottles. It was surprisingly hard to find one source with both spray and pump. I read a lot of reviews to find bottles that worked properly with no leaking or corrosion (hence why I went with plastic over metal).

The bottles don’t come with good labels so I found sources for those too. There’s an etsy store that prints and ships labels, and all you have to do is stick on. Or, like I did, you can print your own. This is a bit more of an investment upfront but so useful to have.
