Maybe that’s what Mondays are really for … not reinventing everything, but coming back to yourself. Back to the fact that most of life isn’t about having clarity first, but learning to move without it. In Bilbao, I kept thinking about the river — how it doesn’t pause to figure out the whole route before it flows. It just keeps moving, adjusting as it goes, trusting that forward is still forward. And maybe our lives are a bit like that too. Not everything needs to be figured out at once. Sometimes the only real work is the next small decision in front of you — getting out of bed even if your mind feels heavy, answering the email you’ve been avoiding, taking the walk, drinking the water, showing up when you don’t feel fully ready. Clarity often doesn’t come before action. It comes because of it. There’s something grounding about choosing softness in those moments and not forcing yourself into pressure or perfection, but moving gently and consistently through the day you actually have.
