Paris Picnic 3rd Birthday Party. Eiffel Tower was thrifted and spray painted pink. There is a gold “3” candle on the Eiffel Tower. We cut off any edges so that it looked like a regular number. Then we hot glued it on. Balloons were macaron colored, and of course a lavender plant to make it French! It was a faux plant, but you could easily find real dried lavender.
