As a new mom, I’m seeking simplicity in everything, and sunscreen was the next on my list. I wrote an article on my blog all about habit stacking (or what I am now calling ritual layering) as a postpartum mom.

One of the habits and rituals I love is my nightly hand and foot care. I lather my nails with this amazing cuticle oil, and hands and feetsies in the honey salve (that I also used in my bump routine while pregnant) and let them deeply moisturize overnight wearing cotton gloves and socks.
