OK here we go lol… I feel like I finally cracked the code.
I’m postpartum — and the hormones… iykyk — but honestly this routine works whether you’re postpartum or otherwise. My underarms were not acting right for a solid stretch: odor, sensitivity, a little discoloration… the whole chaotic package 😂

I’ll spare you the photos of my armpits, but if you really want them… just ask lol.

Here’s what finally got everything back in check:

1️⃣ Dove Antibacterial Bodywash
This is where I start. Super subtle scent, basically none. I ran out once and instantly realized how much it was helping.

2️⃣ Bella Skin Beauty Probiotic Underarm Toner
Yes, the IG girlies got me 😂 I have the Tropical one but the Spearmint sounds way better.
I spray it on after my shower, let it sit for a sec, then wipe with a tissue before deodorant. Helps with odor, texture, and brightening — especially when hormones are doing whatever they want.

3️⃣ Saltair Serum Deodorant
My current fave. Aluminum-free, paraben-free, no white residue, gentle, and it actually lasts. “Seascape” and “Santal Bloom” are my go-tos.
It also cleared the darkening I got from a charcoal/magnesium deodorant months ago and it’s helped reduce ingrowns from shaving — huge difference.

So if your underarms are acting wild — postpartum or otherwise — this combo has genuinely helped reset everything 🙌

Michigan gave us our first snow last weekend, so we packed up the boys, grabbed the hot chocolate, and headed “into the woods”… aka our backyard. ❄️🔥😂
