NEW RELEASE and I’m actually so excited about this one 🙌🏼

I decided to test it out as my new travel bag and it’s SO good. It’s a little bigger than my usual carry-on backpack, but not bulky at all. Fits my Quencher AND my Vitalize shaker (love that built-in securing belt), plus my MacBook Pro with room to spare.

The pockets?? 10/10.
Top pocket is super easy to grab your essentials.
Front zip for keys/wallet/phone.
The bottom compartment is my favorite — perfect for shoes, or post-workout clothes (but for this trip I put a change of clothes for me and the kids in there.)

Padded straps are comfortable, has the side clip, sturdy top handle, and it slides right under the seat in front of you on the plane ✈️

Quick mirror try-on of the FLX set I grabbed 🤍

This jacket is such a good option for this in-between season.

The FLX lightly filled puffer is warm but lightweight, so you’re not sweating the second the sun decides to show up. It’s packable, easy to travel with, and doesn’t feel heavy or bulky — which is huge when you’re layering for those “it was 10° yesterday and 48° today” kind of weeks.

Detroit ➡️ Florida tomorrow… flying solo with a 4 month old, 3 year old, and 7 year old ✈️
And before anyone panics for me — we pack LIGHT. Baby carrier + backpacks. That’s it. We do this a lot, so I’m actually pretty adept at airport mode now 😂
That said… no one warned me how much SWEATING is involved in motherhood?? Why is everything cardio?? Boarding alone feels like a CrossFit class.
So yes, I’m dressing for performance.

4 months postpartum and I’m finally feeling ready to ease back into the gym 🥹
