These cupcakes 🧁 are our family favorite 😍 they are gluten free and super moist! To make: • 3 ripe bananas • 2 eggs • 1 1/2 cups of oat flour (I just make my own) • 1/2 cup of protein powder (optional you can replace by more oat flour) • 1/4 cup of maple syrup (I use sugar free) 1/4 cup of coconut oil ( vegetable oil is ok as well) • 1 tsp of baking powder • 1 tsp of baking soda • 1 tsp of cinnamon Bake at 350 for 20 min for regular size cupcakes or ~ 15 min for mini toddlersnacks toddlerfood cupcake cupcakes glutenfreerecipes
