I am on Tretinoin for almost 2 years. I do see a huge improvement in my skin texture and wrinkles, however it didn’t help with the perimenopause acne that I am experiencing- especially on my chin! Deep, inflamed painful cysts! Unfortunately I am also a picker and can’t keep my fingers off of them…grrr… I am also currently using an Estriol cream that also does not seem to help with my acne (started in September) and I am back on birth control (mainly to combat the sudden excruciating pain that I experienced during my period- I can tell you: it is HELPING!!!).
