Watching Sofia take in every detail from the conductor’s welcome to the cozy moments onboard made this feel like true Christmas magic.

Distance doesn't matter when you're committed
Even though we're more than 3,500 thousand miles apart Rosie's made incredible progress!
When she started 10 weeks ago, Rosie was returning from a large spell of inactivity and wanted to regain strength and health. As a busy working mum it was time to prioritise herself!
We started gently introducing movement around full body movement whilst altering and adapting movements around her sensitive knee from day one.
The focus has been moving safely building, confidence and creating sustainable habits.
Over the last 10 weeks we have
- Reintroduced strength training after years away from regular exercise
- Adapted the sessions to support her knee whilst building full body strength
- Improved her nutrition with the focus on higher protein intake building habits particularly around a high protein breakfast
The result Rosie is already looking and feeling, stronger, healthier and more energised and toned and this is just the beginning
