Distance doesn't matter when you're committed Even though we're more than 3,500 thousand miles apart Rosie's made incredible progress! When she started 10 weeks ago, Rosie was returning from a large spell of inactivity and wanted to regain strength and health. As a busy working mum it was time to prioritise herself! We started gently introducing movement around full body movement whilst altering and adapting movements around her sensitive knee from day one. The focus has been moving safely building, confidence and creating sustainable habits.
