Hosting our annual Christmas party has become one of my favorite family traditions 🎄✨ This was our 4th year hosting, and what started as a small gathering somehow turned into 50+ people under one roof—full of laughter, kids running everywhere, and so many memories I’ll always hold onto. This season was busy (to say the least). We had one tree up since November, added three more just two days before, and decorated outside the day of. A good reminder that it doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. 🍑 Peach Tequila Bellini Slushi 🍑 This frozen peach cocktail is the drink of the summer! Made with juicy peaches, tequila, Grand Marnier, and prosecco, it’s the perfect Ninja Slushi recipe for entertaining, pool days, girls’ nights, and summer parties. Directions: 1. Drain the peaches and reserve the juice. 2. Blend the peaches with 1 cup of the peach juice until smooth. 3. Pour the peach puree into your Ninja Slushi. 4. Add 4 cups of peach nectar, plus the tequila, Grand Marnier, and prosecco. 5. Run on the Frozen Cocktail setting. 6. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of grenadine into each glass. 7. Pour the slush over the grenadine and enjoy! Creamy Garlic Parmesan Beef Linguine 🍝✨   Save this one for your next busy weeknight dinner!   Ingredients: • 12 oz linguine • 1 lb ground beef • 1 small yellow onion, diced • 2 tbsp butter • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 cups heavy cream • 1 cup beef broth 1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon beef base • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Seasonings: • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Garnish * Fresh parsley * Extra Parmesan * Cracked black pepper * Lightly sprinkled Paprika   Directions: 1. Cook linguine according to package directions. 2. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess grease. 3. Add butter and garlic. Cook 1 minute. 4. Stir in all seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. 5. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer 3–5 minutes. 6. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth. 7. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat. 8. Top with mozzarella, cover, and let melt for 2–3 minutes. 9. Easy Crockpot Creamy Creole Chicken Pasta-A cozy, kid-approved dinner that is perfect for busy nights! Ingredients: • 2–4 chicken breasts • Creole seasoning • 1 cup chicken broth • 1 cup heavy cream • 4 oz cream cheese • 2 tbsp butter • 2 garlic cloves, minced • Salt, pepper • 2 cups frozen broccoli • 1/2 cup parmesan • 8 oz cooked pasta (or up to 16 ounces depending on how you like it) Directions: 1. Add chicken to crockpot, season with Creole seasoning 2. Add broth, cream, cream cheese, butter, garlic. 3. Season with salt, pepper, more Creole. 4. Cook on high 4 hrs (or low 6–7). 5. In last 30 mins, shred chicken, stir in broccoli, parmesan, and pasta. 6. Let it warm through and serve with garlic bread. So easy!
