This is one of my favorite comfort-food dinners because it’s simple, cozy, and perfect for busy nights. If you need an easy slow cooker recipe, this one never misses. 🍽️✨

Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 3–4 lb chuck roast
• 1 tsp salt + ½ tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp Original Dash Seasoning Blend
• 1 ranch seasoning packet
• 1 au jus gravy mix packet
• 2 cups diced carrots
• 1 cup diced yellow onion
• ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 1 stick butter

Instructions:
1. Pat the roast dry and season both sides with salt + pepper.
2. Sear for 5 minutes on each side to lock in flavor.
3. Add the roast to your crockpot with carrots and onions.
4. Sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Dash, ranch packet, and au jus packet.
5. Add pepperoncinis, chicken broth, and a stick of butter on top.
6. Cook on high for 4–5 hours or low for 7–8 hours until fall-apart tender.
7. Shred in the crockpot and mix into the juices.
8. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

*You can make the gravy thicker by adding a little flour mixed with chicken broth

What you’ll need:
6 turkey wings (wing + drum connected)
Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)

How to make it:
1️⃣ Add seasoned turkey wings to your crockpot.
2️⃣ Top with bell peppers + onions.
3️⃣ Pour in chicken broth mixed with Better Than Bouillon.
4️⃣ Mix cream of chicken soup + onion soup mix, then spread over top.
5️⃣ Cook on HIGH for 5–6 hours (6 for fall-off-the-bone).
6️⃣ Stir in cornstarch halfway through if you want thicker gravy.

Ingredients:
• 10-13 chicken legs
I eyeballed the seasoning, but here is a guide if you wan to measure:
• 2 tbsp flour (to dust the bottom of the crockpot-helps make the juice thicker)
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2 tbsp garlic & herb butter
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (Original)
• 1 tsp chicken rub
• 1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt

Directions:
• Dust the bottom of the crockpot with flour.
• Add chicken legs.
• Season generously with all seasonings.
• Pour chicken broth along the side (not over the chicken).
• Top with garlic & herb butter.
• Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
• Enjoy!

Smothered Baked Turkey Wings 🍗✨

Fall-off-the-bone turkey wings smothered in a rich, flavorful gravy! This is perfect for Sunday dinner, Thanksgiving, or the Holidays if you don’t want to make a whole turkey.

Ingredients

6 turkey wings (wing and drum connected)

I eyeballed the seasoning, but here’s a guide to help you make this dish perfect every time.

Seasoning:

2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
(Season both sides)
1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced (or you can use 1 container of tri pepper mix)
1 onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet onion soup mix
Olive oil
Cornstarch (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Add turkey wings to a baking dish and coat it with a little olive oil (just enough to lightly coat the wings), season generously with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. (Adjust the seasoning as you like!)
2️⃣ Add red, green, and yellow bell peppers and onions on top.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth and Better Than Bouillon. Pour it along the sides of the turkey wings to keep the seasoning intact.
4️⃣ In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and onion soup mix. Pour this mixture over the turkey.
5️⃣ Bake covered with foil on 375 for 3 hours (taking the foil off during the last 30 mins) The longer you cook it covered, the more tender the wings will be.
6️⃣ Optional Gravy Thickening Step
If you’d like a thicker gravy, stir in a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes (after removing the foil). To make the slurry, whisk 1 tablespoon cornstarch with a little cold or room temp chicken broth until smooth, then pour it into the pan juices. For a thicker consistency, you can add a bit more cornstarch slurry if needed. The gravy will thicken as it finishes baking.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
2 packages of ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
1 (25oz) jar tomato sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
Parsley

Instructions:

Brown the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt and black pepper.

Layer the Ingredients: In your crockpot, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom. Layer 1/2 of the ravioli on top. Add 1/2 of the cooked ground beef, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat: Continue layering in this order: sauce, ravioli, ground beef, and cheese until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours

10 minutes prior to serving add parsley for garnish

This pot of chili didn’t last long because it was so good😋

✨[Save this chili recipe for Fall]✨

Ingredients:

2 pounds of ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or eyeball)
1 teaspoon onion powder (or eyeball)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 jalapeños, diced (I removed the seeds for less heat)
6 oz tomato paste
15 oz can tomato sauce
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained
1 cup beef broth (add more if you want the chili less thick)
2 packets chili seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or eyeball)
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions:

Season the ground beef with Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, Pepper and cook over medium heat. You can drain the excess fat if there is a lot.

Add Vegetables (diced bell pepper, onion, and jalapeños). You can let this cook for 5 minutes but you don’t have to.

Add Tomato Ingredients (tomato paste, tomato sauce, and crushed tomatoes). Stir everything together.

Add Beans (kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans)

Add beef broth and Stir to combine.

Season with approx 1 teaspoon of each of the following: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (I eyeballed these) and 2 chili seasoning packets.

Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer (covered) on low for at least 4 hours (you can simmer it longer for a deeper flavor)

Taste the chili and adjust the seasoning to your liking. If you like a touch of sweetness, add the tablespoon of sugar.

Serve with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, bacon, jalapeños and cornbread

This creamy shrimp pasta is cozy, flavorful, and comes together in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy nights ✨

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp (or protein of choice)
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1 cup grape/cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp dried basil
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• Kosher salt + pepper to taste
• 1 Boursin cheese wheel (Garlic and fine herbs flavor)
• 12 oz pasta of your choice (use less for creamier pasta)
• ¼ tsp crushed chili flakes (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a baking dish, add spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, and Boursin. Drizzle with olive oil and season with basil, oregano, salt + pepper.
3. Bake for 20–25 min (until tomatoes burst).
4. Cook pasta according to package directions.
5. Cook shrimp (I seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper + sautéed in butter & garlic).
6. Remove veggies/cheese from oven and mash with a fork to create a creamy sauce.
7. Add chili flakes, shrimp, and pasta and mix well.
8. Serve hot + enjoy!

Ingredients :

6-8 boneless chicken thighs, skinless or with skin
Minced Garlic (4 cloves)
Onion powder
Kinder’s Lemon butter garlic (optional)
Chicken seasoning
Italian seasoning
Smoked paprika
Black Pepper
Red Pepper flakes (optional)
Paprika (for color)
Minced garlic,
1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
1 lemon (Zest, juice from half, and lemon slices from the other half)
2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
Parsley

Cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Add in parsley during the last 15 minutes.

1 cup sun dried tomatoes (no oil)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup white onion (diced)
1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup orzo
1 cup chopped spinach

In the crock pot, add diced chicken breast, season with 1 teaspoon of each of the following: salt, black pepper, Italian season, red pepper flakes.

Add in 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 cup diced white onion, and 1/2 cup chicken broth

Cook on low for 2-3 hours

Add in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of Orzo

Cook on low for another 30 mins

Add in the spinach and parmesan

Instructions:

In a large skillet, brown ground meat, season with salt + pepper, and add minced garlic.

Once meat is cooked (drain fat if you don’t have lean beef), add green beans, cover, and cook 4–5 minutes.

Sprinkle in cornstarch, toss to coat meat and soak up juices.

Mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha in a bowl then add to the beef mixture. Then add water. Let cook 2–3 more minutes.

Serve over rice, top with green onions + sesame seeds

Mongolian Beef Noodles

Try this an easy weekday meal for your family✨

Ingredients:

• Noodles of choice (I used Udon)
• 1 tsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
• 1 tbsp minced or chopped garlic
• 1 tbsp minced or chopped ginger
• 1 pack ground beef
Seasoning for ground beef (eyeball):
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup chicken broth or stock
• 1 tsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water (mix together for cornstarch mixture)
• 2 tbsp sweetener (I used brown sugar)
• Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds (and chili flakes-optional)

Directions:

1. Boil noodles of choice per package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger
3. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes and black pepper
4. Stir in soy sauce, broth, cornstarch mixture and brown sugar (or sweetener of choice). Simmer until thickened.
Toss in the boiled noodles and top with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flake

Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
6 chicken drumsticks
salt
black pepper
paprika
2 tbsp salted butter
4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp flour
½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken stock
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Season chicken generously with salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sear chicken skin-side down in batches until golden (about 2 minutes per side). Transfer to a baking dish.
4. Add thyme and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant (1 min). Whisk in flour to form a paste.
5. Slowly add wine, chicken stock, lemon juice, and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
6. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.

Easy Crockpot Creamy Creole Chicken Pasta

A cozy, flavorful dinner that’s kid-approved and perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients:
• 2–4 chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp Creole seasoning (plus more to taste)
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tsp additional Creole seasoning (for the sauce)
• 2 cups frozen broccoli
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 8 oz cooked pasta (any kind)
• Garlic bread for serving (optional but delicious!)

Directions:
1. Add chicken to a crockpot and season both sides with Creole seasoning.
2. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, and garlic.
3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and more Creole seasoning.
4. Cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 6–7 hours).
5. In the last 30 minutes:
• Shred the chicken right in the crockpot.
• Stir in frozen broccoli, parmesan cheese, and cooked pasta.
6. Let everything warm through and get creamy.
7. Serve with garlic bread and watch everyone ask for seconds!

Save this for a night when you need dinner to basically cook itself.

For the Shrimp:
• 1 lb extra-large shrimp, peeled & deveined
(You can eyeball the seasoning or use the measurements below)
• ½ tbsp smoked paprika
• ¾ tbsp Italian seasoning
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¾ tsp salt
• 1 ½ tbsp sun-dried tomato oil (from the jar)
• ½ tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning

For the Sauce:
• 2 ½ tbsp tomato paste
• ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ tsp dried basil
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups spinach
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp onion
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• Fresh basil (for garnish)
• 12 oz penne pasta, cooked

Directions:

Boil your pasta, drain and set aside.

Add sun-dried tomato oil (not the tomatoes) to a pan and add the shrimp, then season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. Cook for about 2 minutes per side. Then set aside.

In the same pan, melt the butter, then add garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and dried basil. Let that cook for about 2 minutes.

Stir in the flour, then pour in the vegetable broth and heavy cream. Add the spinach and let it cook down until the sauce thickens and the spinach wilts—about 5 minutes.

Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted, then toss in the pasta. Add the shrimp back to the pan and top with fresh basil.

This Cozy Winter Hot Chocolate is perfect for those cold days ❄️🥶

✨Save this Recipe✨

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cup milk (I used almond milk but you can use what you like)
• 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 8 oz chocolate chopped (semi sweet works well)
• 1.5 tbsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Mix heavy cream and cocoa powder together (this will take a min or so-do this first)
• Add milk, sweetened condensed milk, chopped chocolate and vanilla extract
• Set to low for 2-3 hours, stir every 45 min or so to prevent any burning.
• Add your favorite toppings! (I added marshmallows, whipped cream, and chocolate.)

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Hawaiian rolls
• 12 cooked meatballs (I used fresh Italian style meatballs)

You don’t need to measure, but if you want measurements:
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• 2 tbsp melted butter + 1 tsp minced garlic for garlic butter (or you can buy garlic butter)
• ½ cup shredded Parmesan
• ½ cup shredded Fontina
• ½ cup shredded Mozzarella
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
1. Add Hawaiian rolls to a pan and cut a hole in the top.
2. Spoon in some marinara sauce.
3. Add a cooked meatball to each roll.
4. Brush garlic butter over the top.
5. Add another layer of marinara sauce over the meatballs.
6. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan, Fontina, and Mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Add Italian seasoning.
8. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
9. Top with fresh parsley and enjoy.

My son is one of the pickiest eaters, and he loved these—so I know they’re kid approved.
