Mongolian Beef Noodles Try this an easy weekday meal for your family✨ Ingredients: • Noodles of choice (I used Udon) • 1 tsp sesame oil (or olive oil) • 1 tbsp minced or chopped garlic • 1 tbsp minced or chopped ginger • 1 pack ground beef Seasoning for ground beef (eyeball): Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper • 1/3 cup soy sauce • 1/4 cup chicken broth or stock • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water (mix together for cornstarch mixture) • 2 tbsp sweetener (I used brown sugar) • Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds (and chili flakes-optional) Directions: 1. Boil noodles of choice per package instructions. 2. In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger 3. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes and black pepper 4. Stir in soy sauce, broth, cornstarch mixture and brown sugar (or sweetener of choice).
